Kristin Marvin Keller, Principal.

Kristin brings 25+ years of pharmaceutical and rare disease marketing experience, with 20 spent also as an organizational leader driving B2B strategy and execution in professional service environments. She began her career in digital agencies, then built her own rare disease patient marketing agency, where she built her operational instincts, strategic savvy, client partnership skills, and business development discipline.

Across agency and client-side leadership roles as a co-founder, managing director, chief strategy officer, and chief commercial officer, she has consistently delivered with strategic clarity and commercial accountability. Kristin is both an executive leader and an entrepreneur, with a track record of building and transforming organizations.

Through Compleo Advisors, she works with life sciences companies at growth inflection points: helping leadership teams get clear on where they are going, sharpen how they compete, and build the commercial capability needed to scale.
